Investment Committee

The Investment Committee of Sivers Semiconductors is a preparatory organ within the Board with the main duties to:

search for and evaluate potential investment opportunities for Sivers Semiconductors regarding investments in for example:

• • companies and businesses;
  • machinery and other manufacturing equipment; and
  • intellectual property rights and other intangible assets;

monitor and evaluate ongoing investment processes; and evaluate previous investments carried out by Sivers Semiconductors.
