Group CFO since September 2021. Håkan Rippe’s career spans 27 years in both private equity-owned and listed technology companies. He has been part of several growth journeys and handled a significant number of acquisitions and capital market transactions. Håkan Rippe has previously held the role of CFO at Enea and Clavister as well as senior positions at IBM and Telelogic, among others. Håkan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.

Interim Managing Director Photonics (Interim MD Photonics) / CTO

Interim Managing Director of Sivers Photonics and CTO. Dr Andrew McKee received a BSc (Hons) degree in Electronic Engineering and a Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow. His research was in the area of Quantum Well Intermixing (QWI) of InGaAsP MQW structures for Photonic Integrated Circuits. Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of III-V optoelectronic device design and manufacture, gained with Agilent Technologies. As a founding member of CST Global, he is responsible at Sivers Photonics for the technical roadmap of the company, including developing new device designs and process technologies.

Managing Director Wireless (MD Wireless)

Appointed MD Wireless in October 2022. Harish Krishnaswamy received his B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras, Chennai, India, in 2001, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2003 and 2009, respectively. In 2009, he joined the Electrical Engineering Department, Columbia University, New York, NY, USA, as a professor and the Director of the Columbia High-Speed and Millimeter-Wave IC Laboratory (CoSMIC). In 2017, he co-founded MixComm Inc., which was acquired by Sivers Semiconductors in February 2022. He has received numerous awards in both academic and industrial settings.
