Sivers Semiconductors AB today announced that it was able to fulfil the previously announced guidance of achieving positive adjusted EBITDA during the second half of 2023.

The company anticipates full-year 2023 revenue will grow between 65% and 75% higher than 2022. This substantial revenue growth has been driven primarily by the satellite customer segment of the wireless business unit. The company anticipates further growth in customer product shipments and substantial revenue growth throughout 2024.

The company was unable to achieve the previously announced guidance of 100% revenue growth year over year for 2023, as a 20-25 MSEK portion of a 55 MSEK order of satellite beam-former chips shipment was pushed out from the fourth quarter 2023 into 2024.

The fourth quarter and full-year 2023 earnings report will be released as previously stated on 8 February.

The figures presented above are unaudited and subject to potential revisions.
