Extraordinary General Meeting in Sivers Semiconductors AB resolved to elect Lottie Saks as new board member

KISTA, Sweden, January 21, 2021 – Sivers Semiconductors AB (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: SIVE) publishes the statement from the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at the Company's office in Kista.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, it was resolved, inter alia, that the Board of Directors for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting shall consist of six members and that Lottie Saks be elected as a new Board member of the Company.

The Board of Directors thereafter consists of the following members: Tomas Duffy (Chairman), Ingrid Engström, Erik Fällström, Robert Green, Lottie Saks and Beth Topolovsky.
