Change in the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB (publ)

As of 28 April 2023, the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the “Company”) amounts to 234,649,894, divided into 233,549,894 ordinary shares and 1,100,000 shares of series C. The total number of votes in the Company amounts to 233,659,894.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased as a result of the directed share issue of 20,695,650 ordinary shares resolved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 April 2023.
