Ka band Tx beamforming front end IC operating from 27.5 GHz to 31 GHz 

STAMPEDE2731LP is an 8-channel beam-forming TX front end IC fabricated in RF-Silicon on Insulator (RF-SOI) for use in phased array antennas for SATCOM applications

STAMPEDE2731LP is the reduced output power version of our STAMPEDE2731 and is designed to offer a power-efficient alternative without compromising core performance for applications where reduced output power and thermal density are critical.

It has similar features as STAMPEDE2731:

  • 8 channels supporting dual polarisation (4 channels per pol) 
  • High linear output power, and efficiency.
  • Reconfigurable and independent two beam directions
  • Ultra-low leakage in standby and low power consumption in active mode
  • 6-bit full-360° Phase Shifting
  • On chip beam table memory
  • Extensive On-chip Temperature and Power Sensing
  • High-Speed SPI with Large On-Chip Beam Table Storage
  • Chip-Scale Package compatible with low-cost PCB manufacturing
  • Support for Large-Scale Arrays through Multiple Chip-Addressing Modes
