Sivers Semiconductors AB today announced that its subsidiary, Sivers Photonics, has received a new optical sensing order, worth approximately SEK11m from one of its established Fortune 100 customers. The order will be delivered and billed in H1 2021.
The order covers several parallel projects for design, development, and supply of semiconductor laser devices for use in advanced optical sensing applications. Sivers Photonics has been working with this key customer on various projects for about 18 months, the last orders from June and October 2020 were completed before the end of 2020. The new projects in this new order will be delivered and billed in H1 2021.
