Change in the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB (publ)

As of 29 October 2021, the total number of shares in Sivers Semiconductors AB (publ) (”Sivers”) amounts to 174,766,924 shares, divided into 173,666,924 ordinary shares and 1,100,000 shares of series C. The total number of votes in Sivers as of 29 October 2021 amounts to 173,776,924.

The number of shares and votes in Sivers has increased as a result of the directed share issue of 17,021,277 ordinary shares resolved by the Board of Directors of Sivers on 14 October 2021.
