Change in the Total Number of Shares and Votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB

The number of shares in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the “Company”) as of 30 June 2026 amounts to a total of 319,953,572 ordinary shares. The total number of votes in the Company as of 30 June 2026 amounts to 319,953,572.

 

The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is due to a reclassification of 14 798 821 shares of series C to ordinary shares, resolved by the Board of Directors on 12 June 2026 in accordance with the Company’s articles of association. The conversion was resolved to enable delivery of ordinary shares to participants exercising vested stock options under the incentive programs.
