RF and mmWave IC Layout Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for layout engineers with strong experience in custom IC layout for RF and mmWave circuits, who can work closely with design teams and contribute to high-performance chip development from block layout through full-chip integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality custom layouts for RF and mm-Wave IC blocks.
- Work closely with RFIC designers to optimize layout for performance, matching, parasitics, isolation, and manufacturability.
- Perform and support layout verification, including DRC, LVS, antenna checks, density checks, and parasitic extraction.
- Contribute to block-level and top-cell/full-chip layout integration.
- Help drive layout closure across complex RF/mm-Wave designs.
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of IC layout experience.
- Hands-on experience with RF or mmWave custom layout.
- Strong familiarity with Cadence layout tools, Calibre verification tools for DRC/LVS/PEX flows.
- Strong understanding of matching, shielding, grounding, signal isolation, and parasitic-aware layout.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed design teams.
Preferred
- Familiarity with advanced SOI CMOS technologies.
- Experience with top-cell integration.
- Demonstrated ability to help drive full-chip layout closure.
- Experience supporting RF/mm-Wave tapeouts from layout planning through final verification.
