Role:

Are you passionate about cutting-edge RF technology and advanced wireless systems? Join our team as an Applications Engineer, supporting mmWave beamformer ICs and active antenna arrays for 5G, SATCOM, radar, and sensing applications. You will act as the key technical interface between our product design teams and customers, helping to integrate our innovative ICs into real-world systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers integrating mmWave beamformer ICs into antenna arrays.
  • Develop and validate reference designs, evaluation boards, and calibration scripts for beamforming and gain/phase control.
  • Characterize array-level performance (EIRP, EVM, beam patterns, linearity, noise figure) across temperature and frequency bands.
  • Support system-level design including RF signal chains, LO distribution, power management, and digital control interfaces (SPI/I²C).
  • Assist in debugging and root-cause analysis of performance issues during customer bring-up and production ramp.
  • Collaborate with internal design and test engineers to provide feedback on product specifications, firmware, and test automation.
  • Produce application notes, design guidelines, and training material for customers and field support teams.
  • Contribute to customer demos, trade shows, and design-win activities in collaboration with marketing and business development teams.
