Extraordinary General Meeting of Sivers IMA has decided that the company’s new name shall be Sivers Semiconductors

KISTA, Sweden, October 9th, 2020 - Sivers IMA Holding AB (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: SIVE) publishes the statement from the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at the company's office in Kista.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting, it was unanimously decided to change the company name of Sivers IMA to Sivers Semiconductors AB.
Further, the Board can inform that Sivers IMA AB will be renamed Sivers Wireless AB and that Compound Semiconductor Technologies Global Ltd. will be renamed Sivers Photonics Ltd.
