MIke Noonen

Interim Managing Director Wireless & Senior Vice President Business Development/Sales


Mike has 25 years of experience leading technology businesses resulting in two IPOs and multiple acquisitions. Most recently he was SVP, Global Marketing, Sales & Business Development at Rambus. Previously, Mike led sales and marketing at Silego Technology, the pioneer of Configurable Mixed-Signal acquired by Dialog Semiconductor in late 2017. Prior to Silego he was the interim CEO and Board Director at Ambiq Micro, the low power microcontroller leader. Previously, Noonen was: Chairman and co-founder of Silicon Catalyst (the World’s 1st semiconductor incubator, EE Times 2015 Start-up of the Year) EVP, Global Products, Design, Sales, & Marketing at GlobalFoundries (the fastest growing semiconductor company in 2012) EVP, Worldwide Sales & Marketing, at NXP (2010 IPO, 12 consecutive quarters of top and bottom-line growth) Noonen has held executive product line, sales and marketing roles at National Semiconductor, Cisco Systems, and 8×8. He started his career at NCR Microelectronics teaching mixed-signal ASIC design. He also was elected to the Global Semiconductor Alliance Board of Directors and was Chairman of the Board of Socle in Taiwan (acquired by Foxconn). He holds a BSEE from Colorado State University and in 2012 was named the College of Engineering Distinguished Alumni. He holds multiple patents in the areas of Internet telephony and video communications.

Pelle Wijk

Chief Operating Officer (COO)


Former Managing Director at Sivers Wireless. Pelle most recently comes from Imagination Technologies, former Kisel Microelectronics, where he was CEO before Kisel was acquired by Imagination in 2014. Pelle Wijk has more than 15 years of experience in leadership and chip development. Pelle began his career at Ericsson where he was employed for eight years.

Erik Öjefors

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)


Erik joined Sivers Semiconductors (previous Sivers IMA) in October 2011 as a senior mmWave RFIC engineer and was appointed CTO in October 2020. He received his Ph.D. degree in monolithic mmWave antenna technology at Uppsala University and has pursued a career in mmWave and terahertz RFIC research at several European universities and smaller companies.

Erik Wiklund

Manager Operations

Erik joined Sivers Semiconductors (previous Sivers IMA) in January 2015, first as Senior Project Manager and was appointed VP Operations in August 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in various positions from the hardware and radio communications industry from companies like Ericsson, Sony Ericsson and Opticon.

Magnus Sneitz

Magnus joined Sivers Semiconductors ( previous Sivers IMA) in February 2017, first as Senior Project Manager and was appointed to PMO November 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in various managing positions within product development and sales of wireless, IOT and software solutions. Magnus has broad experience working in start-up and larger companies within silicon, IOT and defense industry.

Harish Krishnaswamy

CTO Wireless & Head of the US Development Unit


Previously PhD, Co-Founder & CTO at MixComm. Harish received the B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, in 2001, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2003 and 2009, respectively. In 2009, he joined the Electrical Engineering Department, Columbia University, New York, NY, USA, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His interests broadly span integrated devices, circuits, and systems for a variety of RF, mmWave and sub-mmWave applications. Dr. Krishnaswamy serves as a member of the Technical Program Committee (TPC) of several conferences, including the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (2015/16-present) and IEEE RFIC Symposium (2013-present). He was the recipient of the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) Lewis Winner Award for Outstanding Paper in 2007, the Best Thesis in Experimental Research Award from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering in 2009, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Young Faculty Award in 2011, a 2014 IBM Faculty Award and the 2015 IEEE RFIC Symposium Best Student Paper Award – 1st Place. He also currently serves as a Distinguished Lecturer for the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society.
