8λ O-band CW DFB Laser Chipset

8 channel edge-emitting high power DFB laser diode
array designed for CW use in WDM applications.
Multi-wavelength and single wavelength array
variants.

The laser design is a ridge waveguide (RWG) grown on n-type
substrate with multi-quantum well (MQW) active layers and
distributed-feedback (DFB) ebeam lithography grating layer.

The facets are coated with an anti-reflectivity layer on the
front facet and a high reflectivity coating on the rear facet.

This product is a custom designed part that can be supplied
in high volume as singulated die in Gel-Pak or on tape.
