    As the Quality Director/Manager you will oversee the strategic delivery of quality improvement pivotal in our business operations transformation. The role requires an operationally and commercially strong leader who can develop people and processes to ensure Sivers Photonics sets the quality standard within the photonics industry.

    We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Program Manager to be the leader of all program and project management across Sivers Photonics. They will be responsible for continuously imbedding a project led culture and leading the Project Managers in Research, Product and Production Development Programs and projects controlled by a defined phase gate process.

    Our Senior Product Engineer will pull new products from R&D into Production. They are responsible for all aspects of releasing and sustaining products within manufacturing. This includes, but is not limited to, process capability, yield enhancement, device specifications and cost reduction.
